Carleton runs away from Concordia in men's basketball action

 

Concordia men's basketball trailed by just 5 at halftime against Carlton but it was the Knights who pulled away in the second half in a 78-55 Carleton victory. Concordia trailed by just 5 at the half at 37-32 but Carleton came out firing in the second half lead by 17 2nd half points for Jeremy Beckler to finish with a game high 27. The Cobbers were lead by senior Tommy Schyma with 13 points and freshman Jackson Jangula with 10.  Concordia was outscored by 18 points in the second half to fall to 0-4 in the MIAC and 2-6 overall. Carleton improves to 2-4 overall and 1-4 in MIAC play.
