NDSU’s Hamling Has Earned Honorable Mention All-Summit League Honors

     The league office announced North Dakota State University’s Heaven Hamling has earned Honorable Mention All-Summit League honors for her performance in the 2021-22 season.

     Hamling led the Bison with a team-high 14.3 points and 4.9 rebounds per game in league play. She shot 36.5 percent from three-point range and 40.5 percent overall.

     Throughout the season, Hamling scored double digits in 23 of 28 games overall. She knocked down a career-high 65 three-pointers, which ranks fifth in Bison history for makes in a single season. She also set career-highs in rebounds (116), steals (34), and assists (71).

     No. 6 seeded NDSU will take on No. 3 seeded University of Missouri-Kansas City in the Summit League quarterfinals on Sunday. Tip is slated for 3 p.m.in Sioux Falls, S.D.
