North Dakota State University senior forward Rocky Kreuser has accepted an invitation to play in the 2022 Portsmouth Invitational Tournament. The tournament will take place Thursday, April 14 through Saturday, April 16.
The Portsmouth Invitational Tournament is an invitation-only showcase with 64 of the country’s top college basketball seniors from all divisions. It is a 12-game tournament with representatives from all 30 NBA teams in attendance. Scouts from numerous different international leagues will also be in attendance.
Kreuser was an All-Summit League first team honoree in back-to-back seasons, while also playing in a school-record 158 games. He is only the second player in Bison history to surpass 1,600 points, 800 rebounds, and 100 blocks.
This season, Kreuser became the 20th player in program history to score 500 points in a single season. Over the past two seasons Kreuser averaged 15.7 points and 7.5 rebounds per game.
