(Charlotte, NC) -- The Carolina Panthers are adding a veteran playmaker to the offense. The team announced on Sunday that is has agreed to a three-year deal with free agent wide receiver Adam Thielen. The 32-year-old wideout was released by the Minnesota Vikings earlier this offseason after nine seasons with the team.
Thielen totaled 70 catches for 716 yards and six touchdowns last season as the starting receiver opposite Justin Jefferson. The two-time Pro Bowler has recorded over 66-hundred receiving yards and 55 touchdowns during his career.
