North Dakota State junior right-handed pitcher Cade Feeney has been tabbed the TicketSmarter Summit League Peak Pitcher of the Week, the league office announced on Monday.
The Bismarck, N.D. native tossed a season high seven innings in a 10-2 victory over Omaha this past weekend. In the start he tallied four strikeouts, with one walk and only allowed one run.
This is the first time Feeney has garnered the award this season and the second time in his collegiate career. Tristen Roehrich also earned the TicketSmarter Summit League Peak Pitcher of the Week honors on March 13.
The Bison will return to the diamond on Tuesday, March 28 at Nebraska with first pitch slated for 6:05 p.m.
