(Minneapolis, MN) — The Twins mounted a three-run ninth-inning comeback during a 5-4, 12-inning victory over the White Sox at Target Field.
Minnesota was down 3-0 in the bottom of the ninth, but Alex Kirilloff smoked a game-tying double to send the game to extras, where Ryan Jeffers had a walk-off hit in the 12th.

Emilio Pagan earned his fifth win in relief. The Twins swept the Southsiders and are 8-2 since the All-Star break. Minnesota holds a three-game lead over the Guardians for first place in the AL Central at 53-48.
Kenta Maeda starts for the Twins against the Mariners tonight.
