The Bruins are living to see another day. Boston edged the Panthers 2-1 from Sunrise to stave off elimination in Game Five of their best-of-seven East second round series. The B’s trail 3-2 with Game Six taking place at TD Garden on Friday.
Out west, the Oilers knotted up their series with the Canucks at two games apiece following a 3-2 win in Game Four from Rogers Place. The series heads back to Vancouver for Game Five on Thursday.
One matchup is on the slate for Wednesday. The Stars hope to eliminate the Avalanche in their second round series from American Airlines Center. Dallas has a 3-1 advantage heading into Game Five. The puck will drop at 7 p.m. with game coverage available on ESPN.
