United take down Portland

(St. Paul, MN) — The Minnesota United are on a five-match point streak following a 2-1 win over Portland at Allianz Field on Saturday.

The Loons gave up an early goal, but Robin Lod tied the match in the 65th minute before Jeong Sang-bin knocked in the winning goal in the 82nd minute. Minnesota is in second place in the Western Conference with seven wins, three draws, and two losses for 24 points. The United visit Colorado this Saturday.
