(Minneapolis, MN) — The Minnesota Gophers defense pitched a shutout for the second week in a row with a 27-0 win over Nevada at Huntington Bank Stadium on Saturday
The Gophers took a 20-0 lead at halftime and coasted to victory the rest of the way. Darius Taylor rushed for 124 yards, had 37 receiving yards, and scored three total touchdowns in the win. Max Brosmer passed for 191 yards, a touchdown, and an interception. Kerry Brown added two interceptions on defense.
The 2-1 Gophers host Iowa this Saturday.
