The Minnesota Twins defeated the Detroit Tigers 4-2 on Tuesday night.
Taj Bradley tossed 6 1/3 innings with 10 strikeouts while only giving up one run en route to earning the win. Taylor Rogers threw a scoreless inning while Cole Sands recorded an out. Eric Orze gave up one run over 2/3 of an inning with Justin Topa picking up the save over 2/3 of an inning on the mound.
The Twins roughed out Tarik Skubal, scoring four runs over his 4 2/3 innings of work.
Ryan Jeffers paced the offense with two RBI. Luke Keaschall and Josh Bell each picked up an RBI.
Minnesota improved to 5-6 on the season. The Twins and Tigers will continue their series on Wednesday night with the first pitch scheduled for 6:40 p.m. and game coverage available on Twins.TV and Fox Sports 1. Bailey Ober will get the nod for Minnesota while Framber Valdez counters for Detroit.
