Big storm to our south.....quiet weather most of the week...temps remain above normal

Rain Rain we NEED the rain!!!  Parts of the valley will get some much needed rain but most will miss out.   Notice both of these models are very consistent on keeping the heavier rain amounts (around 1")  into Minnesota.  F/M area will be just on the north end of this storm system.  Areas of the northern valley and west of F/M won't see any rainfall and those are the areas that NEED it the most!! After this storm passes, quiet weather settles in for most of the week with another "weak" system passing through the area on Saturday.  Warmer weather tracks into the area for early April.  Are we DONE with snow?  Probably not as on "average", our typical last snow is in mid April.
