Chilly start to the week!! Pick day Thursday...When will spring arrive to stay?

Look at the real estate that the chilly weather is encompassing!!  The "blue" colors indicate the chilly weather where SNOW will fall as far south today into central Kansas.  We will continue to see mother nature battle between chilly weather and briefly milder weather.  We STILL need some much needed moisture into Central and Western North and South Dakota.  We do see a few storms possible toward the end of the month that could give some beneficial moisture to areas west of the valley.  When will spring be here to stay?  It looks like the first week in May we should see some more spring like temps here to stay.....fingers crossed.
