Isolated showers....mild weekend...summer warmth coming

Mild spring weather continues over the RRV.  Plenty of sunshine to start the day today but some afternoon clouds along with a weak upper level disturbance moving in from the west could trigger a few showers/t'showers later this afternoon.  Highs should reach the lower 70s with breezy conditions.  A few more isolated showers possible for Friday afternoon.  The map above shows rainfall potential through the weekend.  Note it's not much and most of that falling Thu/Fri.  The second map is showing rainfall potential later next week. Let's hope that comes to fruition.  Confidence is not great for a widespread rain late next week but let's hope that changes.   Great weather for the MN Walleye opener this Saturday.
