West Fargo, Fargo Police Departments Invite Community to West Fargo United Event

(West Fargo, ND) -- The West Fargo Police Department and Fargo Police Department are inviting the community to West Fargo United 5:30-8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 27th in the L.E. Berger Elementary School outdoor field, 631 4th Ave. E. The event will feature food, activities and giveaways to help the community interact with each other and the police departments.

“We’ve been back in the community this summer making connections,” said cultural liaison officer Ryan Feltman. “We want to continue these efforts with the West Fargo United event, where we can come together, have some fun and learn about our neighbors.”

DPB, the positive rap artist who has collaborated with the departments, will perform at the event and interact with attendees. There will also be bouncy houses, and an opportunity to take on police officers in tug of war, pie eating and basketball. There will also be free all-beef hot dogs, popcorn and snow cones until supplies run out. Prizes will be given away throughout the night, including brand-new youth bicycles.
