FARGO, ND – Fargo is citing the summer heat of late for causing some roads to buckle in the city.

In Fargo, Lieutenant Matt Siders of the Fargo Police Department says they received a call Wednesday afternoon regarding concrete buckling at the intersection of 32nd Avenue South and 47th Street South.
Siders says the city’s Public Works Department, which confirmed the hotter weather was the cause, was contacted and responded to place cones to alert drivers of the road issues. He says repairs will be made.
Motorists reported concrete buckling on the road at 13th Avenue South and 6th Street South, near Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch.
