REGION – A Blizzard Warning has been issued for the region on Sunday.
The Red River Valley is under a Blizzard Warning from 3 a.m. until 9 p.m.
According to the National Weather Service, blizzard conditions expected. Total snow accumulations between one and three inches are forecast with winds gusting as high as 60 mph.
Whiteout conditions are expected and will make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening.
