Moorhead man faces DUI charges after Dickey County, N.D. crash

DICKEY COUNTY, N.D. – A Moorhead man faces driving under the influence charges after a crash in Dickey County, North Dakota.

It happened on Highway 11 about two miles west of Ludden around 11:30 PM on Wednesday, January 21.

The Highway Patrol said the pickup the 24-year-old man was behind the wheel of left the road, entered the ditch and rolled.

Authorities say he was seriously hurt as he wasn’t wearing a seat belt. The man was taken to an Oakes hospital and later flown to an Aberdeen, South Dakota hospital.

The Highway Patrol didn’t identify the man in a press release sent during the morning of Thursday, January 22.
