FARGO, N.D. – The land where a second Target in Fargo is set to be built has been sold.
Property Resources Group Commercial Agent Justin Gustofson told Flag Family News nearly 10 acres of land was sold to build the store near Interstate 29 and 52nd Avenue South. Gustofson represented the seller of the land.
Target said the 134,000 square foot store will be at 4900 Alexander Drive South. That’s across the street from Walmart.
“We’re excited to bring an easy, affordable and convenient shopping experience to new guests in the Fargo community with this new Target store,” Target officials said in an email. “As we get closer to opening the store, we’ll have more specific details to share – including how the shopping experience will be tailored to serve local guests and the grand opening date.”
