STANLEY, N.D. – An undocumented Mexican man has been arrested on suspicion of possessing child sexual abuse material.
Border Patrol officials say their agents, the North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation and Homeland Security Investigations found a phone they say belonged to Hugo Lopez-Diaz with child sexual abuse material in it on February 6 during a federal search warrant at a Stanley, North Dakota home.
Lopez-Diaz was arrested on state charges.
