HILLSBORO, N.D. – Another North Dakota county is reporting a measles case.
Traill County District Health Unit says it’s the first reported case in Traill County. North Dakota now has 23 cases so far in 2026, and four people have been hospitalized statewide.
Traill County says no further information is available on the case.
Nine of the 23 cases statewide have been in kids ages five to 19.
