BISMARCK, N.D. – The trial for a Fargo woman accused of felony theft has been delayed again, after her attorney asked the court for permission to withdraw from the case.
Faith Dixon stands accused of five felony counts of theft of property. Court records allege she and her husband, Charles Dixon, used a nonprofit organization to defraud the state of thousands of dollars.
On Monday, Thomas Dickson was granted permission to withdraw from the case.
This marks the second time an attorney stepped down from the case. In January, attorney Dane DeKrey stepped down from the case.
