OTTER TAIL COUNTY, Minn. – A 13-year-old girl was taken to the hospital after being struck by a vehicle in rural Fergus Falls on Wednesday, March 18.
The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office says 47-year-old Yullveny Rodriguez Quijada called 911 after reporting her vehicle struck Ellie Armstrong while she was getting mail.
Authorities say Armstrong had non-life threatening injuries and distracted driving isn’t suspected.
