SPIRIT LAKE NATION, N.D. — A person was taken into custody Tuesday on the Spirit Lake Nation.
The tribe says an incident happened ‘within reservation boundaries’ involving non-Native people. The scene was cleared by law enforcement but emergency personnel remained there attending to a residential fire.
The Benson County Sheriff’s Office is investigating, and no other details have been released.
