LISTEN: Josh Duhamel on “What’s On Your Mind?”
HOLLYWOOD – Actor and Minot native Josh Duhamel has a company, Gatlan, that provides supplements to help boost the metabolism and performance and the actor wants to make them in North Dakota.
Products include testosterone replacement which Duhamel says changed his life. Gatlan also has hormone therapy which Duhamel said can alleviate menopause symptoms.
The actor said all products are licensed by medical experts and similar products on the market come from China or India where those using them don’t know what’s in them.
Duhamel went to Washington, DC to speak with lawmakers, including North Dakota Senator Kevin Cramer, about increasing production of supplements after President Donald Trump signed an executive order to make active pharmaceutical ingredients in the United States.
“What we’re doing is trying to build a manufacturing plant in North Dakota that will make this stuff completely in the USA. North Dakota is the best state in the country to do it because they’re so business friendly,” Duhamel said on “What’s On Your Mind?” on The Flag.
