BISMARCK, N.D. – The filing deadline for candidates to turn in petitions or nominations for offices across North Dakota is quickly approaching.
According to the North Dakota Secretary of State’s office, the deadline to be on the June primary election ballot is Monday at 4 p.m. For a certificate of write-in candidacy in Congressional, statewide, legislative or judicial districts, the deadline is May 19 at 4 p.m.
Voters will head to the polls on June 9.
