MOORHEAD, MINN – Moorhead Police are asking the public to avoid an area of town as they respond to an ongoing incident.
Details regarding the incident are not available, but police are asking the public to stay away from the 1100 block of 3rd Street South, which is west of the Concordia College campus. A community notification has been sent to nearby residents to ask them to shelter in place.
