MAPLETON, N.D. – Firefighters from multiple counties battled a shop fire Saturday afternoon in rural Mapleton.
Casselton Fire Chief John Hejl said windy conditions escalated the scene very quickly prior to arrival. Both offensive and defensive lines were used to control the fire.
Casselton was assisted on scene by the Cass County Sheriff’s Office, Casselton Ambulance, West Fargo Police Department and the Davenport and Mapleton fire departments.
