FARGO, N.D. – First Avenue North has been closed between University Drive and 10th Street North.
This is the first phase of a project to help project designers with a future First Avenue North reconstruction project. Crews will dig into the road to find underground utilities and patch it back up for one week.
Over the next couple months, the project will move in phases from University Drive to 3rd Street North.
