(West Fargo, ND) — A Barnesville man is in custody after an alleged aggravated assault in West Fargo.
Police say they responded to a medical service call late Thursday night in the 600 block of 13th Avenue South, saying 43-year-old Patrick Taylor had struck another person after an argument. The victim was hospitalized for their injuries.
Taylor faces multiple charges, including DUI with a child present and Aggravated Domestic Assault.
