CASS COUNTY, N.D. – A man is dead after a crash on Interstate 94 Monday morning.
It happened on the westbound side of the highway around 5:30 near the Ayr exit.
The Highway Patrol says a semi driven by a 62-year-old Fargo man went into the median, overturned and stopped on its side in the road. Authorities say the driver wasn’t wearing a seat belt and died at the scene. Troopers say the road conditions were good and the weather conditions were clear.
