6 P.M. UPDATE: Traffic has begun moving at the scene of the accident on I-94, according to Valley News Live.
ORIGINAL STORY: Valley News Live says an accident on I-94 is currently causing a major traffic back up in Fargo.
Traffic is backed up to 45th Street. Emergency crews are delayed getting to the scene because of backed up traffic.
