Moorhead Police have arrested a 16-year-old juvenile male from Moorhead regarding an aggravated robbery of a 71-year-old female on Belsly Boulevard. The female was in a common area of an apartment building retrieving her mail at the time of the incident.
The juvenile was transported to the West Central Regional Juvenile Facility and is being held pending formal charges from the Clay County Attorney’s Office for First Degree Robbery. The juvenile also has outstanding felony warrants.
