28th Street South in Moorhead, between 40th Avenue and 50th Avenue South, will likely be closed (Weather permitting) beginning on Tuesday, November, 12th 2019, to install watermain in the area. This closure will last approximately two to four weeks.
Motorists should determine an alternate route during this street closure.
