At approximately 5:20 a.m. this morning, U.S. Bureau of Prisons inmate Juan Francisco Martinez, 30 years of age, walked away from Centre, Inc, 123 15th Street North, Fargo where he was serving a federal sentence for a 2015 conviction of Felon in Possession of a Firearm. His current whereabouts are unknown.
Martinez is a Hispanic male, 5’8, 130.
He is wanted by U.S. Marshals on suspicion of Escape From Custody. If anyone has information about Martinez or his whereabouts contact local police or the U.S. Marshals Service in Fargo at 701-297-5760.
Martinez was transferred from Lee United States Prison in Virginia to Centre Inc. in Fargo on August 20, 2019, to serve the remainder of his sentence. He was due for release in February 2020.
