Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices (BHHS) Premier Properties will be dedicating the proceeds of its 11 th annual Golf Tournament to the Sunshine Kids Foundation, which is a non-profit organization whose ultimate goal is to change the quality of life to children with cancer by providing them with an all-expenses paid trip where they are able to have fun and connect with other young cancer patients from across the U.S. 100% of all funds raised locally supports children in the Fargo-Moorhead area.
This year, we will be dedicating the tournament to Sunshine Kid, Caleigh Jordahl-Damm, and will be honoring her at the event as she passed away on July 27, 2018. This golf tournament includes a “Dueling 9’s” Morning 9-Hole Golf Tournament in addition to our yearly 18-hole afternoon tournament.
This year, we are proud to have two national Sunshine Kids Foundation representatives join us as guests of honor. G.W. Bailey, known for his stage, television and film roles in M*A*S*H, Police Academy and Major Crimes, is the Executive Director for the national Sunshine Kids Foundation office. Shannon Malone, The SSK Director of Operations, will also be in attendance. BHHS Premier Properties in Fargo is proud to have been awarded in the top thirteen BHHS companies in the nation for raising more than $71,000 gross revenue in 2017. Our goal this year is to raise $75,000 to help send area Sunshine Kids recipients for a New York City getaway.
