Gov. Doug Burgum met with the Metro Flood Diversion Authority to discuss ongoing efforts to secure comprehensive flood protection for the Fargo-Moorhead metro area. Burgum, U.S. Sen. John Hoeven and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Col. Sam Calkins, commander of the Corps’ St. Paul District, are among those who spoke. This meeting took place August 8, 2018.
