On a 5-0 vote, the City of Fargo approved the Memorandum Of Understanding that was mediated between the City of Fargo and Municipal Airport Authority.
The terms of the agreement will remain confidential, according to City officials, until the Municipal Airport Authority meets and approves the agreement. The authority is scheduled to meet Tuesday.
