The City of Fargo is proposing actions related to its HOME Investment Partnerships program, which is a grant awarded to the City by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
Following a public comment period and subsequent City Commission action on June 15, 2020, a recommendation regarding these actions will be forwarded to HUD for their consideration and approval. All citizens are welcome to submit comments at any time during the public comment period or at the public hearing.
The public comment period runs from June 10 through June 15, 2020, with a public hearing and final consideration scheduled to take place during the June 15, 2020 City Commission meeting.

Please note that the City of Fargo, in an effort to exercise the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines pertaining to social distancing and gatherings, is encouraging all stakeholders in the Community Development Block Grant and HOME Programs to participate in the public comment period remotely. Comments submitted by email or telephone are preferred.
