From the City of Fargo:
Starting at 6 a.m. Tuesday, September 22, Northbound traffic on 10th Street North will be reduced to one lane between 1st Avenue South and Northern Pacific Avenue North.
The lane closure is needed for street surface repairs. The road is expected to fully reopen by the end of the day, Tuesday, September 22.
