Initial investigation has determined two unknown males approached a male victim sitting in his car, brandished a black handgun and demanded the victim’s wallet. The victim complied and the suspects then fled the area on foot to the north.

Responding officers and a K9 unit searched the area but were unsuccessful in locating either suspect. There were no injuries and firearm was not discharged during the robbery.

The suspects were described as the following:

• Suspect #2 – male/unknown race, dressed in dark clothing, wearing a black ski mask, average height and build, unknown age

At this time there does not appear to be a connection between the suspects and victims and any threat the suspects may pose to the general public is unknown.

Officers of the Police Department are working to determine if there is any ongoing threat at this time.
