City of Fargo News Release:
Due to blowing snow and a lack of visibility, 19th Avenue North will be closed from Dakota Drive North to 18th Street North beginning at 10:15 a.m. today. Traffic will be detoured to 12th Avenue North via Dakota Drive North and 18th Street North. The road will be open when conditions improve.
