In a tweet from the ND Highway Patrol, they write I-29 closure from Grand Forks to Fargo is imminent. Hazardous conditions, to include near zero visibility from blowing snow, are making travel near impossible. This photo of 32nd Ave S. was just taken from I29 in Grand Forks.
