25-year-old Victor Antony Velazquez, of Fargo, has been formally charged in last week’s jewelry store robbery at Riddles in Fargo.
According to the North Dakota Supreme Court database, Velazquez has been charged with a Class B Felony of “Robbery-With a firearm, dangerous weapon, or destructive device.”
If found guilty, Velazquez faces a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison and $10,000 in fines. His next court date has not been set.
