A 27-year-old Fargo man has been arrested on criminal trespass and criminal mischief charges following an incident Thursday morning in Fargo.
According to Fargo Police, they were called to the Grand Inn of Fargo in regards to 27-year-old Michael Edward Wayne Barido. Barido was harassing patrons.
Upon officer arrival, officers located Barido on the roof top of the hotel. He entered the hotel attic through a roof vent.
Officers coordinated with the Fargo Fire Department to safely extract Barido from the rooftop.
He was taken to a local hospital to be cleared for transport to the Cass County Jail.
