The North Dakota Highway Patrol says an oversized wind tower went off of the cloverleaf ramp in the metro, causing the shutdown of the ramp in that area.
The incident happened on the eastbound I-94 to northbound I-29 ramp in Fargo.
The Highway Patrol says it encourages people wanting to exit at that area to find an alternative route.
The ramp could be closed for a couple of hours, while crews work to clean up the area.
