The names of those involved in Sunday’s fatal accident on I-29 have been released by the North Dakota Highway Patrol. According to the Patrol, deceased are 45-year-old James Radtke of West Fargo; and 24-year-old Flor Avila and five-year-old Kayleen Avila, both of Fargo. Injured are 15-year-old Connor Radtke of West Fargo, and four-year-old Reeve Avila of Fargo. Connor Radtke was transported to Essentia Hospital in Fargo, while Reeve was airlifted to Sanford Hospital. Those who are deceased were pronounced dead on the scene. The crash is under investigation. In addition to the Highway Patrol, the Richland County Sheriff’s Office, Hankinson Fire and Rescue, and Hankinson Ambulance all responded to the call.
