FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – An application has been submitted to bring a Dunkin location to Fargo.
According to public records, a plan has been submitted to install new tenant space for a Dunkin location inside the Walmart location at 3757 55 Avenue S.
According to the application, the projected cost is $275,000 and has an occupancy load of 18 people.
The application is still pending final approval.
