FARGO, N.D. – Fargo Police arrest two people and cite another while enforcing the city’s camping ban Thursday.
Officers went to a camp on the 900 block of Oak Street North finding three people.
Forty-year-old Kimberly Aulakh was arrested on a warrant for not paying a fine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Forty-one-year-old Larry Wellman, Junior was arrested on a warrant for failing to complete community service. Forty-nine-year-old Jamie Morin, Aulakh and Wellman were cited for violating the camping ban.
