FARGO, N.D. – Fargo bakery Breadsmith will be closed after an oven door shattered overnight sending glass shards into the bread.
Owner Jason Aamodt says $4,000 worth of bread was thrown away.
“I don’t want to take the chance of somebody getting a glass shard in their mouth or their tooth over a piece of bread or a bun,” Aamodt explained.
Aamodt says Breadsmith will be open on Friday.
