FARGO, N.D. – Charges are being filed against the man who police say killed Isadora Wengel.
“The Cass County State’s Attorney’s Office has reviewed the currently available evidence and is charging the Defendant, Joshua Hite, with Murder, a class AA Felony, Tampering with Physical Evidence, a class C Felony, and False Information to Law Enforcement, a class A Misdemeanor,” a statement from Cass County read.
As of noon Thursday, the charges have not been officially filed with the court.
He is scheduled for a first appearance at 9 a.m. Friday at the Cass County Courthouse. The Cass County State’s Attorney’s Office will not be responding to any requests for additional information at this time, the statement read.
